Butterscotch Rolls

¾ cup brown sugar
¼ cup margarine
2 Tbsp. water
24 frozen individual yeast rolls

Whip margarine. Blend in sugar and water. Spread in bottom of a 9" x 13" inch pan. Place rolls 4 rows by 6 on top of the sugar mixture. Let rise 3-4 hours or until rolls have doubled in size. Bake @ 350º for 10-12 minutes. Turn out of pan onto tray immediately. Serve warm.
