2 cans Creamed Corn
4 eggs, beaten
4 Tbsp. flour
dash salt to taste
1 tsp. baking powder
½ cup sugar
1 cup evaporated milk
1 tsp. margarine, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
Mix together and bake in a 9" x 12" dish uncovered @ 350º for 45-50 minutes or until golden brown. To serve 8 people, make the recipe 1 ½ times. (From Paula T., former Aldersgate UMC Pastor's wife)
