Dirt Pudding

½ stick butter, softened
Sm. pkg. Oreos, crushed fine
2 sm. pkgs. instant Vanilla pudding
1 cup powdered sugar
1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 16 oz. Cool Whip
3 cups milk

Press half of Oreos in 9" x 13" pan. Mix pudding with milk and set aside. In a separate container blend softened cream cheese, Cool Whip, butter and powdered sugar. Combine pudding with this mixture and pour over Oreos. Top with remaining cookie mixture. Refrigerate. Makes a special treat when served in a clay flower pot. Add gummie worms for the kids!
