Easy Beef Stew

2 lbs. stew meat
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
2 carrots & 2 potatoes, cut in chunks
1 sm. can English peas & juice
1 can tomato soup or cream of mushroom soup

Mix all together in Dutch oven. Bake 5 hours @ 225°. Don't peek. Serves 5.
