Easy Chicken Enchiladas

2 Tbsp. oil
½ cup onion, chopped
1-3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. cumin
1 can black beans, drained
1 cooked chicken breast, shredded
Chopped cilantro
Flour tortillas
Monterey Jack cheese
Salsa

Sauté onions and garlic in oil until soft. Add cumin, beans, chicken and some cilantro. Heat through. Fill tortillas with mixture and some cheese. Put in pan, cover with salsa, cheese and cilantro. Bake @ 350º for 25-30 minutes.
