Ground Beef Stroganoff

Chop and sauté in ¼ cup oil:
4 or 5 buttons garlic
½ cup onion
½ cup green pepper

Remove from oil and set aside. Brown in remaining oil:
2 lbs. ground meat that has been floured. Brown over low heat -- watch, it sticks. Put set aside ingredients back in browned meat and mix well.

Add to mixture:
2 cans tomato soup
1 can drained mushrooms, sliced
3 or 4 dashes Tabasco sauce
3 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
salt & pepper to taste

Cook very slowly 30-45 minutes, stirring often. Add 2 cups sour cream and cook slowly an additional 15-20 minutes. Serve hot over noodles or rice.
