Sausage Bread Roll

1 loaf frozen bread dough
1 lb. sausage
1/3 cup diced onions or 3 Tbsp. dried onions
4 oz. can mushrooms
1 lb. or 12 oz. Mozzarella cheese

Let dough thaw and rise 1 hour, then roll thin. Brown sausage and onion, drain. Add mushrooms and cheese. Spread on dough and roll up. Place on greased cookie pan, seam side down. Bake @ 350º for 25-30 minutes. Cool and slice ½" thick. (Another one from Mary B.)
